Congregation Center and Vicar’s Office was built 1978 according to architect Esko Lehmola’s design and drawings by joint-stock Kalottplan. Congregation hall is inside the Congregation Center and there are two halls that can be combined if needed for visitors or banquets. Congregation hall is also for hire and it can be used for altogether 150 persons happenings that necessitate both seats and tables. If the tables are not needed congregation hall can be used for altogether 400 persons happenings. Catering cafe and restaurant Ruustinna operates within congregation hall’s kitchen and can be ordered chargeable for different happenings.

Paaniemi Cottage at Paavalniemi was built in 1950 for use of congregations different camps and gatherings for altogether 17 persons. Cottage was built based on Janne Maatela’s drawings and the building timber that donated joint-stock Kemi. Cottage’s sauna extension was built in 1967 and the cottage was electrified during renovation in 1978.
